Dear Colleagues,

This is just a quick note to remind you that we are quickly approaching the reporting season for the Consolidated Annual Report (CAR) for FY 2018-19, the last report under the former Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006 (Perkins IV). For the FY 2018-19 report, States will provide the following:

• Narrative information, with the exception of information regarding program improvement plans
• Financial Status Reports (FSRs)
• Enrollment data for participants and concentrators

As in year's past, the FY 2018-19 CAR reporting window will open on October 1, 2019. CAR submissions are due by close of business on December 31, 2019.

To help States prepare for the upcoming CAR submission, DATE will hold two CAR Training webinars as follows:

Session #1: September 24, 2019, from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm ET
Session #2: September 26, 2019, from 9:00 am – 10:00 am ET
