Dear Colleagues —

I am pleased to share an updated letter of continued commitment to career pathways systems development from an expanded group of Federal agency partners. As you will recall, an initial letter was issued in 2012 from three Federal agencies. The current letter, signed by 12 Federal agencies, updates the definition for career pathways to be aligned with the newly-enacted Workforce Innovation and Opportunities Act of 2014 (WIOA), reiterates the six key elements of a career pathways system, and provides updated tools and resources from the expanded group of Federal agency partners.
