Thank you for your thoughtful and thorough comments submitted regarding the Department’s proposed Perkins V State Plan Guide during the 60 day period from October 24 – December 24, 2018. Today, our response to those comments, along with the revised Perkins V State Plan Guide and Supporting Statement with Estimated Burden Hours was posted to Regulations.gov. You may review these documents at the following link: https://www.regulations.gov/document?D=ED-2018-ICCD-0108-0032. You will need to “Open the Docket Folder” and click on the first two links under Supporting Statements (30D FRN).

The public now has another 30 day window to respond to the revised guide. This time around, comments will be reviewed by the Office of Management and Budget, the agency that approves information collections for the Federal Government. Please note that comments must be received by March 11, 2019.
