Thank you for your thoughtful and thorough comments submitted regarding the Department’s proposed Consolidated Annual Report (CAR) Guide during the 60 day period from November 8, 2018 – January 7, 2019. Today, our response to those comments, along with the revised Perkins V CAR Guide and Supporting Statement with Estimated Burden Hours was posted to Regulations.gov. You may review these documents at the following link: https://www.regulations.gov/document?D=ED-2018-ICCD-0121-0020.

The public now has another 30 day window to respond to the revised guide, with comments due by April 29, 2019.
