Dear Colleagues —

We are pleased to issue two documents today! First, is a program memorandum (PDF, 460 KB) for the submission of State plan revisions, budgets, and performance levels for Program Year (PY) 2016 grant awards (year ten), beginning July 1, 2016. Please review the guidance carefully as it addresses submission requirements if a State chooses to include Perkins in a WIOA Combined State Plan.

Second, is a program memorandum (PDF, 970 KB) that provides clarification on and approval for the use of program income by States and local grantees pursuant to the newly-released Uniform Guidance.
