This is the recording of the first session of the 2024 Equity Summit Webinar Series entitled, Equity in Career Connected Education: Advancing Economic Mobility. The series was developed from the 2022 Advancing Equity in Career-Connected Education Summit which was an important component of the Department of Education’s ongoing efforts to implement Executive Order 13985, Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government. The focus of this session was Gender Equity in Career Technical Education, and it was held on Thursday, April 11, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. ET.
