You will need to “Open the Docket Folder” and click on the first two links under Supporting Statements (30D FRN).

The public now has another 30 day window to respond to the revised guide. This time around, comments will be reviewed by the Office of Management and Budget, the agency that approves information collections for the Federal Government.
