Lessons from Large Manufacturing Firms: How to Assure Future Talent

Firms of all sizes face a similar challenge— to find 'work-ready' employees who need minimal additional training. Some large companies have found ways to attend to the talent "supply chain" challenge by engaging with colleges and schools in creative ways. This program described ways two large companies have found to engage with educators, including the challenges they faced, and possible paths moving forward.
