Data Quality ThinkTank Session

With the first year of performance data under Perkins V due by January 31, 2022, OCTAE is re-envisioning its support for states over the next year. We will host a kickoff engagement on June 8 from 2:00-3:00 ET, which will provide states an opportunity to participate in a digital ThinkTank session on key topics of interest (see list below).

The information shared and learned during this session will help direct future support efforts, including this year’s Data Quality Institute (DQI), which will be a virtual meeting hosted in the Fall, and other engagements, such as Town Halls and office hours with Perkins Regional Coordinators.

Register to attend the June 8 session→

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. There is not a limit to the number of participants from each state, and will be beneficial for a variety of state agency staff, at both the secondary and postsecondary education levels, who are responsible for collecting and reporting data to comply with the accountability provisions contained within Perkins V.

  • Comprehensive Local Needs Assessment (CLNA)
  • Data validation
  • Achievement gaps
  • Work-based Learning/Industry Certification data
  • Methods of Administration (MOA) data
