Perkins IV requires each state to submit, by December 31st of each year, a Consolidated Annual Report (CAR), which includes narrative responses, financial status reports, and enrollment and performance data on progress in achieving state levels of performance on the core indicators described in Title I of Perkins IV.

Reporting Period: October 1, 2016 - December 31, 2016

The deadline to submit 2015-16 secondary performance data to the EDFACTS Submission System is December 12, 2016.
