The Consolidated Annual Report (CAR) for FY 2018-19, is the last report under the former Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006 (Perkins IV). For the FY 2018-19 report, States will provide the following:

• Narrative information, with the exception of information regarding program improvement plans
• Financial Status Reports (FSRs)
• Enrollment data for participants and concentrators

Reporting Period: October 1, 2019 - December 31, 2019
